God is famous for a lot of things - but some of them are hard to swallow. In this episode, we unpack some scriptures with difficult promises and our struggle with believing God is good even when he promises pain.

But we'll also be looking at some examples in scripture where God led his faithful children into hard. But their absence of immediate redemption did not mean God was absent in their pain.
